格瑞斯艺术酒店将邀请艺术家以驻地的形式进行极限性的创作。该项目探讨在限定时间与空间的维度中，让艺术家进行极限性的创作尝试。艺术家的实验性创作将以不可增加格瑞斯酒店的任何物质性增量的前提，艺术家可利用现成品/空间转换/观念产出 /影像输出等形式进行艺术“生产”。

艺术家将在七天七夜内记录创作过程与心情记录，并作为留存主题房。艺术家将艺术笔记以多元化的形式留存于主题房间之内，住客可持续留下笔记，在公共与私密的交织空间形成长久的艺术对话。项目期间将组织艺术家对谈，并集合笔记形成出版物。
The artists will take down their process of artistic creation and feelings during the seven days and nights, which will be kept in the theme rooms. The artists will keep their art notes in the theme rooms in various ways, and future occupants may take down their own notes, thus forming a perpetual artistic dialog in a space of blended publicity and privacy. In the meanwhile, a dialog will be arranged among the artists, and their artistic notes will be put together and published.
